Phil Martin

Well, hello there folks.

First, a most humble apology for my lack of journal entries. I have been somewhat busy, but that is no excuse. Since my last update, I have been through more Snow Camp and classes here at WOL.

I spent a week in Roman Catholic evangelism, taught by a former priest, and a week all about getting youth in the local church involved in missions, taught by Glenn Amos, head guy of Admissions at Baptist Bible College.

Also, I have been buried under about 3 feet of snow that came down over the weekend. Flipping amazing, that, more snow than I have ever seen in my life.

Also celebrated Valentine’s Day, and my second Lunarversary with Hannah (two months of dating!). Thank God for Yahoo! chat. I don’t know how I would make it if could only write letters via snail mail. She sent me some awesome bright pink playing cards for the special day. Now, ordinarily pink is not my color. But Hannah has a way of making this ok, I actually like these cards alot.

Umm, other news, I have been accepted to Baptist Bible College, and plan on attending there in the Fall to further my education. Pray for finances and other things to work out.

And, most amazingly, my sister-in-law Christine gave birth on Thursaday to the beautiful Esther Kaylee Martin. So my Uncleship is firmly established. Head over to my brother’s web site for all the pics and updates of this new little life. Please start praying now that this little sinner will meet Jesus and join the wider family.

That’s all for now, ya’ll.

oh yeah, please still be praying for my support money for my missions trip to Hungary, I still need half of my support, and time draws short
